Return Process

- We'll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Package the item securely in original packaging
- Ship the item back using our provided label
- Refund will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return
What Can Be Returned

- Items with manufacturing defects
- Wrong size or model received

- Used cases showing wear
- Cases damaged by customer
- Items returned after 30 days
- Cases without original packaging
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange your case for a different color or compatible model. Contact our support team to arrange an exchange - we'll send the new case first for qualified orders.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, we'll provide a prepaid return label and full refund or replacement. Manufacturing defects are covered under our 1-year warranty.
